Subprocessors, with transparency.
When NRMD operates a client account it processes personal data on the client’s behalf: the client is the controller and NRMD is the processor. This is the current list of the third parties (subprocessors) that assist us in delivering the services.
NRMD gives at least thirty calendar days’ advance notice before adding a new subprocessor that processes the client’s personal data.
The client may object to the addition, on well-founded security or compliance grounds, within fifteen calendar days of the notice.
Through these subprocessors, personal data may be hosted and processed outside the national territory.
