01
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device
when you visit it. They let the site remember things between
requests, like your session, your language, and whether you've already
seen a notice, and so on.
Throughout this page, "cookies" also refers to similar
technologies we may use to read or store information on your
device:
Local storage and session storage, browser-managed
key/value stores. We use these to remember your cookie
preferences without a server round-trip.
Tracking pixels, tiny invisible images loaded
from third-party domains that signal a page view to a
marketing platform.
SDKs and tags, small JavaScript libraries
from analytics or advertising providers that read and write
their own cookies.
Cookies can be first-party (set by nrmd.io) or
third-party (set by a service we embed, like an
analytics platform). They can also be session
cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or
persistent (stored until they expire or you
delete them).

your cookie preferences, keep your session secure, and let
core pages load reliably. These cannot be turned off, and we
rely on them under our legitimate interest in operating the
site.
Analytics
Off by default · consent required
Help us understand how visitors find and use the site, with aggregated metrics like page views, scroll depth, traffic
sources, and what content earns attention. We use this to
improve the site and our offering; we do not use it to
target you with ads.
Marketing
Off by default · consent required
Used to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to
show you relevant NRMD ads on other platforms where we
advertise. These typically rely on cookies set by third
parties (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).

Third-party services
Some cookies are set by services we use to operate, analyze, or
advertise the site. Each of these providers has its own privacy
and cookies policy:

We do not sell your personal information. Where third parties
receive data through cookies they set on our site, they act as
independent or joint controllers under their own policies.

You're in control of which non-essential cookies we use. You can
change your mind at any time.
On this site
Open the preferences panel at any time, your choice is saved
immediately and applies to your next page load.
In your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies entirely. Note
that blocking necessary cookies will break parts of the site.
We honor the Global Privacy Control
signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an
opt-out of analytics and marketing cookies for that session,
and as an opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal
information where applicable.
